Deposits are applied to the package balance, not added to the price. Holidays are excluded from these entertainment package prices.
For Signature and Luxury packages, add two intelligent lights starting at $295 (four total), or four starting at $495 (six total). The guide recommends these upgrades for events over 100 guests.

Here’s how it comes together.
Start a conversation
Tell us your date, venue, and ideas. We’ll check availability and arrange a call or Zoom to talk through music, atmosphere, and your vision.
Make it official
A signed agreement and deposit secure your booking. The planning guides describe a 25% booking deposit; confirm the exact amount in your agreement.
Plan the details
Use the online planning portal for your timeline and music requests, with support from your DJ/MC and Event Director. About a month before your event, we’ll check the final details together.
Enjoy your celebration
Your entertainment team brings the plan to life, from announcements and special moments to the final dance.
Payment timing & methods
The guides list 50% of the remaining balance due 90 days before the event, with the final payment due 30 days before. Listed payment methods are cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and major debit/credit cards. Confirm terms for your date in your agreement, including bookings within these time windows.
