FROM YOUR FIRST IDEA TO THE BIG DAY

Here’s how it comes together.

  1. Start a conversation

    Tell us your date, venue, and ideas. We’ll check availability and arrange a call or Zoom to talk through booth styles and event flow.

  2. Make it official

    A signed agreement and deposit secure your booking. The planning guides describe a 25% booking deposit; confirm the exact amount in your agreement.

  3. Plan the details

    Choose your backdrop, scrapbook options, and custom requests. About a month before your event, we’ll check the final details together.

  4. Enjoy your celebration

    Your attendant sets up and runs the booth for four hours, and digital copies follow after your event.

Payment timing & methods

The guides list 50% of the remaining balance due 90 days before the event, with the final payment due 30 days before. Listed payment methods are cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and major debit/credit cards. Confirm terms for your date in your agreement, including bookings within these time windows.
